Introduction to Mindfulness Program

This program provides your employees with a clear understanding of what mindfulness is and how to implement simple practices into their workplace and everyday lives.

They also learn methods of training the mind to focus, redirect thoughts, develop concentration and reduce stress.

Each participant receives a yearly subscription to the Here Now Group Membership site, which provides access to many guided meditations and 1 Minute Mindfulness videos.

Programs are delivered in-house at your location.
