Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, all of our corporate and individual mentoring sessions have moved online using Zoom.

If you need to engage someone or develop strategies through this uncertain time, we’re here to support you and your team.

Please feel free to contact us or visit our Resources page for free online meditations and mindfulness activities.

Mindfulness & meditation in plain English.

Here Now Group specialises in teaching mindfulness and meditation to the corporate and aged care sectors in Melbourne.

Our programs help people to understand what mindfulness meditation is and how to implement mindful practices in their workplace and everyday lives. We aim to demystify mindfulness and meditation and teach simple techniques that can be used anywhere and at anytime.

Operating as a Social Enterprise

The impact we can have is one of our core values and so we’ve chosen to operate as a social enterprise. Our philanthropic quota ensures that for every 5 hours of corporate training that we invoice, we also donate 1 hour to a charity or not-for-profit group.

“Since commencing meditation classes our employees are happier, we are more productive and sick leave has decreased significantly. Our minor injuries and near miss incidents have also dropped. The team is considerably more focused and it’s done wonders for our internal culture.”

What Is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is choosing to tune into yourself and becoming aware of what is happening currently, rather than allowing the mind to ruminate on the past or the future.

Mindfulness practise can be as simple as listening to how your breath is moving, taking a deep breath, exploring how your body feels or allowing your thoughts to flow and just observing.

Mindfulness can really be anything that focuses your mind in the present moment.

Who Is Mindfulness For?

Mindfulness is for absolutely everyone — it can be used almost anywhere.

It can be used individually, in groups, by children, senior citizens and everyone in between.

Mindfulness works particularly well in workplaces. Corporate groups, not-for-profits and charities report improvements in staff morale, productivity and focus.

All great wins for any workplace!
